This first one is a very special neighborhood that is barely out of the ground and I feel is a great investment opportunity that I want to share with you. First, this is the brainchild of East-West Builders – the same wonderful group that brought us Meadowmont Village in Chapel Hill/Durham. I can’t promise the same incredible rise in equity that Meadowmont has seen over the last few years but this is a ground floor opportunity, in the heart of the Research Triangle!
